| 摘 要： | 目的探讨极低出生体质量儿(VLBW)早期微量喂养的有效性和安全性。方法将72例VLBW作为研究对象分两组,36例为常规喂养组,36例为早期微量喂养组,对两组胃肠内营养达足量时间、吸吮吞咽功能建立时间、每日体质量增长量进行比较、分析。结果微量喂养组胃肠内营养达足量时间、吸吮吞咽功能建立时间均比常规喂养组明显缩短,每日体质量增长量比常规喂养组大,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。两组均未发生坏死性小肠结肠炎。结论早期微量喂养对VLBW减少喂养困难,提高存活率、存活质量有重要的意义和价值,是安全有效的喂养方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore effectiveness and safety of minimal feeding of VLBW.Methods Seventy-two cases of VLBW were divided into 2 groups: 36 of conventional feeding group and 36 of early minimal feeding.The time of reaching peak of gastrointestinal nutrition,the time of establishing function of sucking and swallowing and daily weight gain were analyzed.Results The early minimal feeding group had shorter the time of reaching peak of gastrointestinal nutrition and the time of establishing function of sucking and swallowing and had heavier daily weight gain,which showed significant difference(P<0.01).No necrotizing enterocolitis was found in both groups.Conclusion Early minimal feeding,which is safe and effective,is valuable and important to reduce the difficulty of feeding,improve survival rate and improve survival quality. |
