米非司酮联合健妇丸治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床分析

目的探讨米非司酮与中药健妇丸联合治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效。方法将84例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者随机分为治疗组43例和对照组41例。治疗组口服米非司酮与健妇丸,疗程3个月;对照组口服炔诺酮（妇康片）,疗程3个周期。结果治疗组总有效率为97.7%,对照组总有效率为87.8%,两组总有效率比较差异有显著性。两组随访半年复发率比较,治疗组为4.8%,对照组为16.7%,差异有显著性。两组治疗后血红蛋白值及子宫内膜厚度均明显改变,但治疗组比对照组变化更显著。结论米非司酮与健妇丸联合治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血效果显著且复发率低。

Clinical analysis of mifepristone and jianfuwan for the treatment of perimenopausal patients with dysfuncaltional uterine bleeding

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of mifepristone and jianfuwan in the treatment of perimenopausal patients with dysfuncaltional uterine bleeding.Methods Eight four perimenopausal patients with dysfuncaltional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into two groups.The control group（n=41）was treated with norethindrone for 3 menstrual cycles,and the treatment group（n=43）was treated with mifepristone and jianfuwan for 3 months.Results After the above mentioned therapy the total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 97.7% and 87.8% respectively.The recurrence rates of treatment group and control group were 4.8% and 16.7% respectively.Both the total effective rate and recurrence rate in treatment group and control group were significantly different.In addition,the hemoglobin and thickness of endometrium were significantly changed compared with those before therapy both in the treatment group and control group.Conclusion The integrated therapy of mifepristone and jianfuwan for perimenopausal patients with dysfuncaltional uterine bleeding is effective with less recurrence rate.
