| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹部真皮下血管网皮瓣修复手深度烧伤的最佳方案。方法28例手深度烧伤扩创后均行腹部随意型真皮下血管网皮瓣覆盖,并就皮瓣不同的长宽比例、断蒂时间、形状、包扎方式等相关因素,进行分析。结果皮瓣完全成活24例,部分坏死4例。结论真皮下血管网皮瓣是修复手深度烧伤的较好手段。应根据创面情况确定皮瓣的长宽比例、蒂部位置、是否加压包扎及断蒂时间,才能保证皮瓣成活。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the best method for hand deep burn repair with abdominal epidermal vascularized flap. Methods 28 cases of such patient were underwent the repair with abdominal vascularized flap. The ratio, time of cutting pedicle, shape and so on relative factors were analyzed. Results 24 cases were survived and 4 cases had partial necrosis. Conclusion This method could treat the hand deep burn better according to varied wound and relative ways should be taken. |
