早产儿智能发育相关因素初探

目的：研究环境因素对早产儿智能发育的影响。方法：应用麦卡易幼儿智能量表，对２８３名４－９岁早产低体重儿进行追踪研究。结果：环境因素对早产低体重儿智能发育起着重要的作用。经多元逐步回归分析显示：早期教育、父母受教育程度、不同类别的师资对早产儿智能发育有着显著的影响。结论：应高度重视环境因素对早产儿智能发育的影响。为早产儿提供良好的生活环境能帮助早产儿克服潜在的严重问题。

A Preliminary study of Intelligence Development of Premature Infants

Objective:to investgate the the effect of environmental factors on intelligence development of low birth weight premature infants Methods:Mikacin Child Intelligence Test Scale was used to 283 low birth weight premature infants in this follow-up study Result:The result of regression analysis showed that intelligence development of premature infantns was significantly affected by early education,educational status of parents and different types of teachers Conclusion:The environmental factors played an important role in the intelligence development of low birth weight premature infants Much attention should be paid to effects of environmental factors on the intelligence development of premature infants Favorable living environment can help them overcome potential serious problems
