某三甲医院2006～2010年科研发展状况研究

目的了解某三甲医院的科研发展情况,为医院的科研管理提供一定的思路。方法从文献计量学的角度,分析2006-2010年间山西省某三甲医院基金课题申报、科研成果获奖、获得专利、发表科技论文情况,并进行统计学分析。结果该院5年内申报各级各类课题总数629项,以省市级课题和院校级课题为主,国家基金课题和部级课题数量较少;获奖成果77项,大部分是省级成果奖,国家及部委级获奖成果很少;获得专利总数27项,以实用新型专利为主,占专利总数的70%以上;发表科研论文2495篇,年均发表论文499篇,呈现逐年稳步增长趋势。结论该医院已具备相当程度的科研实力,但在科学研究方面仍有很大的上升空间和发展潜力。医院应加强管理力度,科学引导,促使各学科均衡发展,从而提高整个医院的科研水平。

Study about Science Research Strength of one A-grade and Third-class Hospital From 2006 to 2010

Objective To study the condition of science research strength of one A-grade and third-class hospital, and provide evidence for scientific research management of the hospital. Method With the method of literature metrology, the condition of science research strength of one A-grade and third- class hospital of Shaixi province from 2006 to 2010 was analysed. 4 aspects were analyzed, including the situation of fund grant application, of prize winning achievements, of the patent available and the papers released by the hospital. Result There were 629 items of all types and at all levels in 5 years, with provincial subject and grade school subject is given priority to, fewer national fund project and ministerial subject, and 77 items of prizewinning achievements, most of the provincial achievement award, national and ministerial awards achievements rarelyl, and 27 items of patents ,based on the patent for utility model patents. Published research papers 2495, an average annual 499 published papers, showing steady growth trend year by year.Conclusion The hospital already had a considerable degree of research strength, but in the scientific research, there was still much space for growth and development potential. The manager should to strengthen management, guide scientificly, to promote balanced development of various disciplines, thereby enhancing the level of scientific research throughout the hospital.
