儿童腺病毒肺炎的临床特点分析及治疗

目的探讨儿童腺病毒肺炎的临床特点分析及治疗。方法分析我院收治的113例腺病毒肺炎患儿临床资料。结果重症患儿白细胞计数、肝酶、CRP、腺病毒分型与轻症患儿差异显著(P<0.05);重症患儿心肌损害、肝功能受损的比例与轻症患儿差异显著(P<0.05);重症患儿单侧病变、双侧病变、受累肺叶数>2、团簇状影、胸腔积液的比例与轻症患儿差异显著(P<0.05)。结论儿童腺病毒肺炎发病急、病情重、合并症多,早期发现、早期干预是改善预后、减少死亡的关键。

Analysis of Clinical Features of Children Adenovirus Pneumonia and Treatment

Objective To investigate clinical features of children adenovirus pneumonia and treatment. Method Analyzed clinical data of 113 children patients of our hospital with adenovirus pneumonia. Results White blood cell count, liver enzymes, CRP, adenovirus typing, myocardial damage, liver function damage, unilateral lesions, bilateral lesions, number of involved lobes〉2, the cluster shaped shadow, pleural effusion Children with severe had significant difference with Children with mild（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Children adenovirus pneumonia is acute severe illness, has lots of complications. Early recognition, treatment are the keys to decrease the morbity and mortality.
