5类人群的梅毒健康教育研究

目的探讨在城市居民、农村居民、在校学生、流动人口、高危人群等5类人群中实施不同梅毒防治知识健康教育干预方法的效果及梅毒防治知识基线知晓情况。方法随机抽取5类人群1172人进行问卷调查,内容包括人口学特征和8道梅毒防治知识题目。对5类人群分别采取不同的健康教育方法进行干预,于干预前、后一月进行A、B两种问卷调查,对效果作出综合评价。结果 5类人群不同梅毒健康教育干预方法收到较好效果,总体知晓率由干预前61%提高到干预后94%;目前人群梅毒防治知识基线知晓率61%。结论①对不同的人群采取多种有针对性的梅毒防病知识健康教育干预,可有效地保证健康教育质量和效果。②目前山东省某市梅毒防治知识基线知晓率较低,需进行有效的健康教育干预宣传。

5 Kinds of People with Syphilis Health Education Research

Objective To investigate the intervention of health education on prevention knowledge of different methods in syphilis implementation of city residents, rural residents, students, migrants, high-risk population of 5 kinds of people in the effect and syphilis prevention knowledge base knowledge. Methods A random sample of 5 groups of 1172 questionnaires, including demographic information and the 8 basic knowledge of the prevention and control of syphilis. On 5 categories of people were taken to the different methods of health education intervention, before intervention, after a week for A, B two kinds of questionnaire, and make a comprehensive evaluation on the effect of. Results The health education intervention methods of syphilis 5 groups received good results, the general awareness rate increased to 61% before intervention after the intervention of the 94%; syphilis prevention knowledge awareness rate of 61% baseline.
