解脲支原体和人型支原体的药敏测定及药敏分析

摘    要:目的本试验对解脲支原体(Ureaplasma.Urealyticum Un)和人型支原体(Mycoplasma hominis,Mh)的分离鉴定,半定量计数和药敏实验。方法试剂盒采用珠海丽洙试剂有限公司生产的试剂盒,培养基中含有蛋白胨,酵母抽提物,马血清,生长因子等营养物,并加有尿素,精氨酸底物及酚红指示剂,当有Un和Mh生长时,尿素和精氨酸被分解成的碱性物质引起PH值上升培养基由黄变红,培养基内加有混合抗生素可抑制泌尿生殖道中革兰阳性、革兰阴性细菌和真菌生长,试剂条的24个孔分别用于质控对照以及Un和Mh的分离鉴定,半定量计数和九种抗生素的药物试验。结果从临床标本中分离出53株,对九种抗生药物做了敏感测定,并对药物敏感性做了比较和分析。结论其中敏感性最好的是强力霉素84.91%,美满霉素73.5%,其次是克拉霉素。

Abstract:Objeetive This study on Ureaplasma urealyticum (Ureaplasma.Urealyticum Un) and Mycoplasma hominis (Mycoplasma hominis, Mh) Isolation, semi-quantitative counts and susceptibility testing, Methods Reagent kit with Zhuhai Lizhu Limited production kit medium containing peptone, yeast extract, horse serum, growth factors and other nutrients, and increase with urea, arginine substrate and phenol red indicator. When the growth of Uu and Mh, the urea and arginine is broken down into the alkaline substances cause increased PH value of the medium from yellow to red, a mixture of antibiotics can inhibit training Ji Neijia l~rogeuital tract in G +, G - bacteria and fungi. Strips of 24 holes were used for quality control and Uu and Mh were isolated, semi- quantitative counts and nine antibiotic susceptibility test. Results We are isolated from clinical specimens and 53 strains of nine antibioties determined to do the sensitive, and drug sensitivity were compared and analyzed, Conclusion of which the best sensitivity is 84.91% doxycycline, minocycline 73.5% followed by clarithromycin.
