非淋菌性尿道炎治疗的新进展

目的分析并探讨临床上用阿奇霉素治疗非淋菌性尿道炎的疗效和进展。方法选取我院于2010年6月至2011年12月期间收治的185例非淋菌性尿道炎为研究对象,将200例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用盐酸多西环素治疗,观察组采用阿奇霉素治疗。结果对照组治愈率为63.7%(58/91),有效率为87.9%(80/91);观察组治愈率为72.3%(68/94),有效率为94.7%(89/94)。两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组相比,观察组的不良反应较对照组低,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗非淋菌性尿道炎上阿奇霉素的治疗效果要优于盐酸多西环素,不良反应较小,对于临床推广应用有重要意义。

Objeetive Analyze and inquire into clinical up use the curative effect and progress that the azithromyein cures NGU. Methods Select by examinations my hospital 185 NGUs accepting to cure during June, 2010-December, 2011 are random research objects, is divided into 200 sufferers matched control and observation set, the matched control adopts the Hyclate treatment of Doxycycline, the observation set adoption azithromycin cures.Results The matched control cure rate is 63.7%（58/91）, efficient is 87.9%（80/91）; The observation set cure rate is 72.3%（68/94）, efficient is 94.7%（89/94）. Two sets of difference have a statistics to learn meaning.（P〈0.05） Observation set and matched control compare, the bad reaction of observation set more the matched control is low, 2 sets relatively have a statistics to learn meaning.（P〈0.05）.Conelusion The azithromycin treatment effect wants to surpass Doxycycline Hyclate on clinical treatment NGU and badly respond smaller, have important meaning to the clinical expansion application.
