| 摘 要： | 目的 评价激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的疗效。方法 68例(74眼)中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者，应用倍频Nd：YAG激光或氩离子激光对眼底荧光渗漏点进行直接光凝，观察患者的视力变化并分析相关因素。结果 激光治疗后1月患者视力平均提高0．18，其中49眼(66．22％)视力提高≥1行，视力提高幅度与激光前视力呈负相关。结论 应用激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变有效，视力提高幅度与激光前视力呈负相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of laser treatment for central serous chorioretinopathy. Methods Sixty-eight cases (74 eyes ) of central serous chorioretinopathy were treated with laser photocoagulation for fluorescein leakage according to fundus fluorescein angiography with either double-frequency Nd: YAG or Argon laser. The changes of visual acuity were observed and the correlation analysed. Results One month after laser treatment, the mean visual acuity improved 0. 18 lines and 49 eyes (66. 22% ) gained more than one line. There was significant negative correlation between the baseline and the amount of improvement in visual acuity. Conclusion Laser treatment is an efficient therapy for central serous chorioretinopathy. There is a negative correlation between the baseline and the amount of improvement in visual acuity. |
