| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察选择性子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法 :对 5 4例子宫肌瘤患者采用经股动脉穿刺插管法 ,用PVA作为栓塞剂 ,进行选择性子宫动脉栓塞治疗。术前及术后定期B超下测量子宫及肌瘤大小 ,记录术后相关症状变化。结果 :插管栓塞成功率 10 0 %,B超随访 1个月～ 12个月 ,治疗 6个月后 ,肌瘤体积平均缩小 5 8 2 1%,治疗 12个月后 ,平均缩小 75 15 %,93%患者经量恢复正常或明显减少。结论 :选择性子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤是一种微创性、临床效果好的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the curative effect of selective uterine arteries embolization in the treatment of uterine myoma.Method Fifty-four patients with uterine myoma were selected for uterine arteries embolization with the PVA.The size of uterine and myoma were assessed by ultrasonography before and after the operation periodically and the related changes of postoperative symptoms were recorded.Results Bilateral embolization was successful in all cases.B-mode ultrasound examination revealed the following during 1～12 months after the procedure,with an average shrinkage of 58.2% volume for all cases in the six months followed up.With an average shrinkage of 75.15% volume in the twelve months followed up.The total clinical effect rate was 93%.Conclusion Selective uterine artery embolization for the treatment of uterine myoma was an effective,safe and minimally invasive method. |
