| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨抗维生素D佝偻病（VDRR）的临床及X线表现。方法 报告一家族6例VDRR，对该家族6例病人进行全身骨骼X线摄片观察。结果 本病的典型X线表现在儿童表现为佝偻病，在成人表现为软骨病。结果 认识对本病的临床及X线表现，有助于提高对VDRR的诊断和鉴别诊断的水平。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical and X ray features of vitamin D resistant rickets(VDRR). Methods: Six cases of VDRR in a family were reported, the radiographs of the whole skeleton in 6 cases were taken and analysed. Results: The X rays were typical of rickets in children and osteomalacia in adults. Conclusion: The recognition of the radiographic and clinical features of VDRR is helpful in establishing its correct diagnosis. |
