| 摘 要： | 目的：评价咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及安全性，积累国内用药经验。方法：多中心开放研究，疗效2周，4级评分评价疗效，记录不良反应。结果：共调查1172例，总有效率为88／1％，治疗2周疗效明显优于1周（P＜0．001）。不良反应最多见为嗜睡（6．2％），全部在3天内出现。未见任何心脏不良反应。结论：咪唑斯汀是一种有效、安全的治疗慢性荨麻疹的新型抗组胺药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects and safety of Mizolastine on treating chronic urticaria,and to accumulate the experience of handling on using the medicine.Methods Open multiple center trial 2 weeks course,the therapeutic effects were evaluated based on 4 grade score,and any side-effect was carefully recorded.Results A total of 1172 cases of chronic urticaria patients was investigated,the total effective rate was 88.1%,the results at the end of 2 weeks course was significantly better than that at the end of 1 week(P<0.001),The most common side effect was sleepiness(6.2%),and all was appeared within 3 days.No any heart side effect was recorded.Conclusion Mizolastine is an effective and safe antihistaminic on treating chronic urticaria. |
