| 摘 要： | 目的 采用 HPL C法测定复方岩白菜素片的含量。方法 用 HPL C法 ,检测波长为 2 75 nm ,甲醇 -水 (2 0∶ 80 )溶液以磷酸调 p H2 .5为流动相 ,用外标法进行测定。结果 岩白菜素的平均回收率为 10 0 .4 3% ,RSD为 1.4 9。结论 本法结果准确 ,精密度、重现性均好 ,可作为该制剂的含量测定

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of compound bergenini tablets by HPLC.Methods By using HPLC, detection wavelength at 275nm and the mobile phase is a mixture solution of methanol water (20∶80) adjusted to pH 2.5 with phosphoric acid, determination the content using the liquid external standardization. Results The average recovery of bergenini is 100.4% and RSD is 1.49%. Conclusion The method is accurate, high sensitivity with a good reproducibility. It can be used for the determination of the contents in this preparation. |
