社区高血压病患者药物治疗依从性探讨

目的了解高血压病患者的服药依从性及影响服药依从性的原因。方法采用横断面调查方法，采用自编问卷对华泾镇现登记在册的405名高血压病患者进行调查。结果华泾镇现有登记在册高血压三级管理患者405例，311例药物治疗依从性好，占76．79％；其中56～60岁年龄段患者依从性最好；公费和医保患者依从性较好，为78．47％。结论医疗保障的方式、年龄和高血压程度可能是影响高血压病患者药物治疗依从性的因素。社区医生应加强早期高血压病患者管理，提高药物治疗依从性，降低并发症和死亡率。

Explore The Compliance in community Patients with Antihypertensive

Objective To study the compliance in patients with antihypertensive therapy and its influencing factors. Method Self-formulated questionnaire was applied in the survey on 405 hypertensive patients registered in Huajing Twon. Results 405 hypertensive patients were registered at Huajing Town, 311 have good compliance, the compliant rate was 76.79%. Among these people, at age of 56-60 years have best compliance, the compliant rate was 91.43%, The people have medical insurance or free therapy have good compliance, the compliant rate was 78.47 %. Conclusion The fashion of medical insurance ,age and grade of hypertension may influence compliant rate. The community doctors should strengthen the earlier period management of hypertensive patients, raise compliance in patients with antihypertensive therapy, lower the incidence rate and mortality rates of the syndrome.
