| 摘 要： | 为了研究梗阻性黄疸对人体吸收功能的影响,选择17例经手术证实的梗阻性黄疸病例术前测定血中总蛋白(TP)、甘油三醋(TG)、糖(G)水平并设立对照组,其差异显著(P<0.05)。电镜观察发现黄疸组病人空肠粘膜微绒毛萎缩、线粒体肿胀。以上结果显示梗阻性黄疸可导致空肠粘膜超微结构改变而影响机体对营养物质的吸收。

| Abstract: | In order to study the effect of obstructive jaundice on the absorption of body, choose 17 cas-es of obstructive jaundice confirmed by operation and examining the level of total protein (TP). triglyceride (TG) and glucose (G) in blood. Comparing with contrast group we found the difference of the level of TP, TG and G between two groups was notable in statistis ( P<0.05). We also observed the atroply of microv-cllus and swelling of mitochondria in jejumum mucoas membrance of those patients with obstructive jaundice by electron microseope. The results shows that obstructive jaundice can result in ultrastructural changes of jejanum mucoas membronce and influence the body absorption to nutritional substances. |
