| 摘 要： | 目的：观察卷苦肝泰治疗慢性乙型肝炎（乙肝）的临床疗效。方法：采用临床症状，体征积分比较法进行疗效对比观察，运用酶联免疫试验测定（ELISA）法检测乙肝患者病毒血清标志物及肝功能的变化，结果：卷苦肝泰治疗轻，中度慢性乙肝疗效肯定，第1疗程，第2疗程临床有效率分别为75．0％、85．5％，结论：卷苦肝泰具有改善临床症状和体征，恢复肝功能，抑制乙肝病毒复制的作用，疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical effectiveness of Juankugantai in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods: The therapeutic effects were compared by marks resulting from clinical symptoms and medical examination. Marker of hepatitis B virus and liver function of the patients were measured by ELISA. Results: The therapeutic effects of Juankugantai in the treatment of mild and moderate degrees of chronic hepatitis B were affirmative. The effective rate the first treatment course was 75.0 % and 87.5 % at the second course. Conclusion: Juankugantai could improve the symptoms and signs, restore liver function and depress the reproduction of HBV. |
