| 摘 要： | 目的提高病案首页信息质量,保证医院统计报表的准确性.方法通过了解病案首页信息质量的要求(完整性、准确性、时效性);分析病案首页信息质量常见问题对医院统计指标的影响;提出对病案首页信息质量存在问题的对策.结果病案首页信息质量,直接影响医院统计报表的准确性.结论只有提高病案首页信息质量才能保证医院统计报表的准确.

| Abstract: | Objective To ensure the veracity of hospital statistic forms by enhancing information credibility in the Front sheet of the medical record. Methods After knowing the demand of integrality, veracity and validity on information credibility in the Front sheet of the medical record, and analyzing the effect on hospital statistical index caused by common problems on the Front sheet of the medical record, a countermeasure to the current problem is proposed. Results The information credibility in the Front sheet of the medical record has direct effect on the veracity of hospital statistic tables. Conclusion Only by enhancing information credibility in the Front sheet of the medical record can veracity of hospital statistic forms be ensured. |
