胎儿LAK细胞治疗18例晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效观察

以人胎脾、胸腺细胞作为ＬＡＫ前体细胞，建立了一套体外大规模扩增、培养、制备ＬＡＫ细胞的生产流程，制备的ＬＡＫ细胞工艺简单，获取量大、活性高，联合应用ＩＬ－２、ＴＮＦ，治疗晚期恶性肿瘤共１８例。结果表明：多数患者自觉症状有改善，生活质量提高，部分患者肿块缩小，白细胞数升高、外周血免疫功能提高。用同种胎儿ＬＡＫ细胞代替肿瘤患者的自身ＬＡＫ细胞作过继性免疫疗法安全可行，可有效地解决ＬＡＫ前体来源困难的问题。

Obersveration of the curative effects of treating late malignant tumor by using fetal LAK cells:18 cases were reported

productive process was set up that could enormously cultivate and prepared LAKcells in vitro,which human fetal splenocyte and thymocyte were used as LAK precells.Notonly the technology was simple,but could acquire large amount of LAK cells which hadhigh activity.These cells were combined with IL-2and TNF to treat eighteen cases of latemalignant tumor.Results showed that many patients felt better and their viability had beenimproved after these treatments;some patients′tumors became small;the amount of theirwhite blood cells increased;and their immunologic function in peripheral blood strength-ened.The adoptive immunotherapy was save and feasible through replacing the tumor pa-tients′auto-LAK cells with the indirect developed fetal ones.So it could effectively solvethe source problem ofLAK source problem of LAK precells.
