| 摘 要： | 为观察中医辨证分型证病结合治疗女性抗精子抗体（AsAb)阳性不孕的疗效，将86例AsAb阳性不孕患者分成肝肾阴虚，脾肾阳虚，湿热挟瘀三型，运用补肾，调肝，健脾，利湿化瘀法论治，经2个疗程治疗后，总有效率为95．35％，痊愈率为69．76％，患者月经周期，基础体温等均有明显改善。提示中在中药辨证论治，可能有调节生殖神经－内分泌－免疫－前列腺素系统的功能。

| Abstract: | To observe the effects of combined syndrome and disease identification on positive antispermatozoal antibody(AsAb)in female infertility,86 subjects were divided into three types:liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome,spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome,and dampness heat with blood stasis syndrome,and then treated respectively by nourishing kidneys,regulating liver,nourishing spleen,disinhibiting dampness and resolving blood stasis for 6 months.Results:The total effective rate was 95 35% and the cure rate was 69 76%;moreover,the menstrual cycles and basal temperature improved. |
