高职大学生自杀意念与自尊、父母教养方式的关系

目的 探索自尊、父母教养方式与高职大学生自杀意念的关系，为大学生自杀干预研究提供依据。方法 采用父母教养方式评价量表（EMBU）、自尊调查表（SEI）和抑郁状态问卷（DSI）、症状自评量表（SCL-90）对南面市随机抽取的477名高职大学生进行调查并进行多元Logistic回归分析。结果 独生子女有较高的自杀意念检出率．自杀意念检出丰与自尊、父亲情感温暖理解呈现显著负相关，与父母亲过分干涉、父亲过度保护、母亲拒绝否认呈现显著正相关；自尊与父母情感温暖理解存在显著正相关，与父母亲拒绝否认、过度保护、母亲惩罚严厉存在显著负相关；自尊水平、父亲过分干涉、过度保护、母亲过干涉过保护、情感温暖理解比其它因子更能预测高职大学生自杀意念的产生．结论 低自尊、更多体验到不良教养方式的高职大学生更易产生自杀意念；自尊可能是父母教养方式影响高职大学生自杀意念的重要中介因素。

Relationship between Self-esteem, Parental Rearing Style and Suicidal Thoughts of High Vacational College Students

s Objective To investigate the relationship among self-esteem, parental rearing style and suicidal thoughts, and to provide basis for college students' suicide prevention. Methods Using stratified sampling method, 477 college students were investigated with EMBU, SEI, DSI and SCL-90. Results Self-esteem, parents's rejections and overprotections, mother's warmth and understanding rearing style have more estimated power than other factors on high vocational college students' suicidal thoughts ideation. Conclution Incorrect rearing behaviors are related to more suicidal thoughts. Self-esteem may be the important medi-factors in the acting process of parents rearing style on suicidal thoughts.
