梅毒硬下疳患者采用苄星青霉素联合皮肤物理抗菌膜治疗的效果评价

摘    要:目的对梅毒硬下疳患者采用苄星青霉素联合皮肤物理抗菌膜方法治疗的临床效果进行评价。方法 46例梅毒硬下疳患者,按照随机分配表的方法分成治疗组与对照组,每组23例。其中对照组仅采用单纯的苄星青霉素的方法治疗,治疗组采用苄星青霉素联合皮肤物理抗菌膜的方法治疗。比较两组患者的愈合率、阳性率及梅毒二期皮疹率。结果治疗组的愈合率明显高于对照组的愈合率;治疗组的阳性率(4.35%)明显低于对照组阳性率(26.09%);治疗组二期皮疹率(0)明显低于对照组二期皮疹率(21.74%),差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论采用苄星青霉素联合皮肤物理抗菌膜方法治疗的临床效果优于单一的苄星青霉素方法治疗,建议广泛使用。

Effect evaluation of benzathine benzylpenicillin combined with skin physical antimicrobial membrane in the treatment of chancre syphilitique patients

Abstract:Objective TO evaluate the clinical effect of benzathine benzylpenicillin combined with skin physical antimicrobial membrane in the treatment of chancre syphilitique patients. Methods A total of 46 chancre syphilitique patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random distribution table, with 23 cases in each group. The control group received single benzathine benzylpenicillin treatment, while the treatment group received benzathine benzylpenicillin combined with skin physical antimierobial membrane. The healing rate, positive rate, and phase 11 syphilis rash rate of the two groups were compared. Results The healing rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The positive rate of the treatment group (4.35%) was obviously lower than that of the control group (26.09%). The phase 11 syphilis rash rate in the treatment group (0) was lower than that in the control group (21.74%). The difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion The combination of benzathine benzylpenicillin and skin physical antimicrobial membrane has better curative effect than the single treatment by benzathine benzylpenicillin, and this method is worthy of wide application.
