疏肝健脾通络法治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫30例疗效观察

目的:探讨疏肝健脾通络法治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组用疏肝健脾通络中药,对照组用多潘立酮,对比两组的临床疗效和治疗前后血浆胃动素(MTL)、血管活性多肽(VIP)水平。结果:治疗组的总有效率为90.00%,对照组总有效率为73.33%,两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);血浆MTL、VIP水平在治疗组前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);用药后治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药疏肝健脾通络法治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的疗效明显。其作用机制之一可能是通过调节血浆MTL、VIP的分泌而达到治疗效果。

Effects of Shugan Jianpi Tongluo therapy on treating diabetic gastroparesis in 30 cases

Objective: To observe the effect of Shugan Jianpi Tongluo therapy on treating diabetic gastroparesis(DGP).Methods: 60 cases who met the designed criteria were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases for each group.The treatment group was administered with Chinese herbs of Shugan Jianpi Tongluo,while the control group was administered with Domperidone,compared the clinical curative effect and the level of plasma MTL,VIP before and after the treatment.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,while 73.33% of the control group.The total efficiency of the two groups was significant different(P<0.05);Levels of Plasma MTL and VIP were significant different before and after the treatment(P<0.05);There were significant differences in the all above-mentioned indexes between treatment group and control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: The herb therapy by Shugan Jianpi Tongluo has marked effect for treating diabetic gastroparesis.Regulating the secretion of MTL,VIP may be one of the mechanisms in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.
