柴青消痛颗粒对乳腺增生病中雌激素的作用及临床观察

目的:探讨柴青消痛颗粒治疗乳腺增生病的临床效果。方法:将128例乳腺增生病患者随机分为治疗组66例,对照组62例。治疗组给予自拟方柴青消痛颗粒口服,对照组给予乳癖消颗粒口服。两组均30d为1个疗程,连服3个疗程。结果:治疗3个疗程后进行疗效比较,治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患者经治疗后血清PRL和E2水平均显示不同程度的下降(P<0.05),但对PRL、E2的降低作用,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:从肝论治乳腺增生病,采用疏肝理气,散结止痛的方法,疗效显著。

Clinical experience of Chaiqing Analgesics in treating on PRL and E2 of hyperplastic disease of breast

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Chaiqing Analgesics in treating hyperplastic disease of breast.Methods: 128 cases of hyperplastic disease of breast were randomly divided into treatment group of 66 patients and the control group of 62 patients.Results: after 3 courses of treatment,the efficacy was compared.The total efficacy is higher for treatment group than the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the serum PRL and E2 levels of two groups were shown different degrees of decline(P<0.05),but PRL,E2 reduced more for treatment group than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Hyperplastic disease of breast treatment,starting from liver,promoting liver qi,and using analgesic method,is significantly effective.
