腹腔镜胆囊切除术后再发腹痛43例分析

目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除后腹痛发生的原因、临床表现及防治措施。方法 对43例腹腔镜胆囊切除后腹痛患者进行随访及回顾性分析。结果 43例中除2例住院再手术外，余均经门诊抗炎、利胆、对症支持处理后腹痛缓解或消失。结论 掌握腹腔镜胆囊切除术的适应证及禁忌证，术中严格操作，高度重视，避免胆囊破裂、胆汁和结石漏入腹腔及胆囊管留置过长是防止腹腔镜胆囊切除术后腹痛的重要措施。

Analysis of 43 patients with abdominal pain after laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective To investigate the causes,clinical manifestations and management of abdominal pain after laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC). Methods Forty-three patients with abdominal pain after LC were followed up and retrospectively analyzed. Results Of 43 patients, the abdominal pain of 41 were abated or disappeared after treating with antibiotics,cholagogics,and expectant managment except 2 were reoperated. All the patients were well recovered. Conclusion The important prevention approach for abdominal pain after LC are thoroughly learning the indications and contraindications of LC,precisely performing during operation,in order to avoid from rupture of gallstones into abdominal cavity and overlength indwelling of bile duct.
