丹参对牵张性脊髓损伤的防治作用

摘    要:目的探索丹参对牵张性脊髓损伤的防治作用。方法用自制脊柱撑开器造成轻度牵张性脊髓损伤对照组和实验组,重度牵张性脊髓损伤对照组和实验组。实验组于术前120,10分钟静脉推注丹参注射液2ml/kg1次;术后则立即用丹参注射液8ml加入100ml等渗盐水内静脉滴注;对照组在实验过程中给予等量等渗盐水。实验采用体感诱发电位,组织形态学,生物化学,微血管铸型及运动功能评定等方法进行评价。结果轻度牵张性脊髓损伤中,实验组脊髓功能障碍率低于对照组(P<0.05),过氧化物岐化酶(SOD)含量高于对照组(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量低于对照组(P<0.05),神经元及神经纤维变性程度轻于对照组;重度牵张性脊髓损伤中,实验组脊髓功能障碍率,SOD、MDA含量,神经元及神经纤维变性程度与对照组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论(1)丹参能改善脊髓微循环,提高脊髓组织耐受缺氧能力,抑制胶质细胞浸润;(2)丹参对脊髓轻度牵张性损伤有肯定的防治作用

Abstract:Aim To study the effect of Danshen in prevention and treatment of the traction injury of the spinal cord. Methods The experimental groups and the control groups of mild or severe traction injury of the spinal cord were all performed with a special designed tractor. 2ml/kg Danshen injection was given to the experimental groups in 120 minutes and 10 minutes respectively before the opertion. After the operation, 8ml Danshen in 100ml normal saline were used through intravenous drip. The control groups received normal saline as much as Danshen injection in the operation. And somatosensory cortical evoked potentials (SCEP), pathomorphology, biochemistry, microvascular cast and function assessment were adopted. Results In mild traction injury of the spinal cord, the disabled percentage of the experimental groups was lower ( P <0.05), the amount of SOD was higher ( P <0.05), the amount of MDA was lower ( P <0.05), and the degeneration of neuron and neurofibre was milder than those of the control group. In severe traction injury of the spinal cord, there was no significant difference between the experimental groups and the control groups about the above items. Conclusion (1)Danshen can improve the microcirculation of the spinal cord, promote the tolerant ability of spinal cord to anoxia and depress the infiltration of microglia; (2) The effect of Danshen in prevention and treatment of the mild traction injury of the spinal cord is definite.
