糖皮质激素对急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿成骨细胞相关因子的影响

摘    要:目的探讨糖皮质激素对急性特发性血小板减少性柴癜(idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,ITP)患儿成骨细胞相关因子的影响。方法检测20例ITP患儿使用泼尼松治疗3周前后与正常健康儿童20例反映成骨细胞相关因子——Ⅰ型前胶原羧基端前肽(propeptide carboxy-terminal procollagen,PICP)、骨钙蛋白(osteocalcin,BGP)和碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phos-phatase,AKP)的水平,并进行比较。结果 ITP患儿治疗前与正常健康儿童PICP、BGP、AKP差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而用泼尼松治疗3周后ITP患儿血清中PICP、BGP、AKP与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论糖皮质激素可抑制急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿的成骨细胞的功能。

Abstract:[Objective]To study the effect of glucocorticoid on osteoblasts associated factors of children with acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).[Methods]The levels of osteoblasts associated factors,including procollagen type I carboxy-terminal propeptide(PICP),bone gla-protein(BGP) and alkaline phosphatase(KP) AKP,of 20 ITP children before and after 3 weeks of prednisone treatment were detected.20 normal healthy children were selected as the control and detected at the same time,and their results were compared to the results of ITP children.[Results]There was no significant difference in the levels of PICP,BGP and AKP between ITP children before treatment and normal healthy children(P〉0.05).The differences in levels of PICP,BGP and AKP of ITP children between pre-treatment and 3 weeks post-treatment was significant(P〈0.05).[Conclusion]Glucocorticoid can inhibit osteoblasts function of children with acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.
