平肝熄风胶囊治疗风火上扰型脑梗死急性期100例

目的观察平肝熄风胶囊治疗风火上扰型脑梗死急性期的疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法将200例风火上扰型脑梗死病人随机分为平肝熄风胶囊治疗组（治疗组）和淀粉胶囊治疗组（对照组）,观察两组治疗前后主要症状、体征及高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、纤维蛋白原（FIB）、D-二聚体的变化。结果治疗组临床总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为63%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;治疗组治疗后hs-CRP、FIB及D-二聚体明显降低（P〈0.01）,与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论平肝熄风胶囊治疗风火上扰型脑梗死急性期安全、有效。

Pinggan Xifeng Capsule for Treatment of 100 Cases of Acute Cerebral Infarction with Wind-fire Ascending Syndrome

Objective To observe the effect of Pinggan Xifeng capsule（PXC） on acute cerebral infarction（ACI） with wind-fire ascending syndrome.Methods Two hundreds patients with ACI and wind-fire ascending syndrome were divided into two groups：Treatment group treated with PXC and control group treated with starch capsule.The symptoms,signs,high sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）,fibrinogen（FIB）and D-dimer were observed after treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate was 90% in treatment group,which was superior to control group（63%,P0.01）.Compared with control group,the levels of hs-CRP,FIB and D-dimer were reduced in treatment group（P0.01）.Conclusion PXC was effective and safe in treating acute cerebral infarction patients with wind-fire ascending syndrome.
