红景天苷对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响

摘    要:目的:研究红景天苷对大鼠冠脉结扎所致缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法:结扎大鼠左冠状动脉,30 min后松开结扎处造成再灌注,再灌120 min后取血清测肌酸激酶(CK),乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活性及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α),白介素-1β(IL-1β)和白介素-6(IL-6)的含量,并取缺血处心室肌组织做病理切片。结果:红景天苷可明显减轻再灌注后血清中CK,LDH的活性及TNF-α,IL-1β和IL-6的含量,病理结果显示红景天苷可减轻心肌总体病变程度,减少炎细胞浸润并减轻局灶性坏死的程度。结论:红景天苷可显著减少缺血再灌注造成的心肌损伤,对缺血心肌有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:AIM:To investigate the effects of salidroside on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats caused by coronary artery ligation.METHODS:Rat coronary artery was ligated for 30 minutes before the release of the ligature,creating reperfusion. After reperfusion for 120 minutes,the sera were sampled and the biological activities of creatine kinase(CK)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in the serum were determined;the amount of TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-6 was assayed;the histology of the hearts in ischemia/reperfusion rats was also studied.RESULTS:After the treatment with salidroside of reperfusion coronary artery,the sera biological activities of CK and LDH were significantly reduced;the amount of TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-6 was also markedly reduced.Histology showed that salidroside could mitigate the overall severity of the cardiomyopathy by reducing the inflammatory cell infiltration and ease the extent of focal necrosis.CONCLUSION:Salidroside remarkably reduces the cardiac ischemia/reperfusion injury with some protective function of ischemic myocardium.
