| 摘 要： | 体外冲击波碎石术(extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,ES-WL)应用于临床以来,已成为治疗膀胱结石的主要手段。从1999年10月至2005年12月,我院对80例膀胱结石患者分别采用俯卧位、仰卧位及倾斜仰卧位行ESWL治疗,并对这几种体位的治疗效果进行比较。现报告如下。1资料与方法

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the best postures of patients with cystolithiasis for extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL) treatment.Methods Eighty cystolithic patients were divided randomly into three groups according to the postures of the patients during ESWL treatment,:supine posture,prone posture or recumbent posture.Results The clearance rate of calculus of recumbent posture group patients was the highest in the 3 groups 3 months after operation(P<0.05).The shock wave times during a single treatment were the most in prone posture group patients and the least in recumbent posture group patients.The operating voltage used in the prone posture patients was the hirhtest in the 3 groups.Conclusion When using ESWL to treat cystolithiasis,the recumbent position is the posture of choice if otherwise allowed. |
