| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨乳腺癌患者术前焦虑状态及引起焦虑的相关因素。方法:采用特质状态焦虑问卷(STA-I)及自行设计的患者一般情况调查表,对63例乳腺癌患者的焦虑状态及相关因素进行测评。结果:乳腺癌患者的焦虑状况与常模比较t′=2.7365(P<0.05),差异显著,有统计学意义。特质焦虑、文化程度以及婚姻状况有统计学意义。结论:乳腺癌患者术前焦虑情况严重,影响焦虑的主要因素为特质焦虑、年龄及文化程度。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the anxiety state of patients with breast cancer before operation and its related factors.Method The anxiety state of patients with breast cancer and its related factors were investigated using state-trait anxiety inventory(STA-I) and the questionnaire designed by ourselves.Results There was a significant difference in the level of anxiety between the patients with breast cancer and the normal model(t'=2.7365,P<0.05).The patients' anxiety was affected by their educational level and marital status in the study.Conclusion The anxiety state of the patients with breast cancer is severe before operation and the main factors affecting the anxiety state is educational level and age. |
