肝动脉栓塞联合经皮瘤体内注药术治疗肝海绵状血管瘤

目的探讨经肝动脉栓塞结合经皮瘤体内直接注射治疗肝血管瘤的疗效和价值。方法采用Seldinger技术行肝动脉插管至血管瘤供血动脉,对32例肝海绵状血管瘤注入PLE至血管瘤体大部分充填,用明胶海绵颗粒栓塞供血动脉;对碘油空虚区域再行经皮瘤体内直接注射PLE。定期观察瘤体碘油充填情况,瘤体大小和并发症。结果经肝动脉栓塞结合经皮瘤体内直接注射治疗肝血管瘤后,碘油存积好,血管瘤体积明显缩小,无严重并发症。结论经肝动脉栓塞结合经皮瘤体内直接注射治疗肝血管瘤具有疗效好,并发症少等优点。

Transcatheter arterial embolization and regional injection to treat the cavernous hemangioma of liver

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of TAE combined with intratumor injection to treat cavernous hemangioma of liver(CHL).Methods Thirty-two patients with cavernous hemangioma of liver were treated by transcatheter superselective arterial PLE infusion with Seldinger's technology,the supplying artery of the lesionss were embolized by gel foam particles,and injections with PLE by directed puncture to the unfilled area of the lesions were performed at the same time.The changes of the size and iodized oil deposited situation of CHL were re-examined after the embolization.And than the therapeutic effect and complications were observed.Results The iodized oil deposited well and all of the tumors decreased in size significantly after PLE GF embolic therapy.No serious complication happened.Conclusion The treatment of TAE combined with intratumor injection of PLE is effective and safe with fewer complications for CHL.
