牙种植即刻修复的临床应用研究

目的:探讨牙种植即刻修复的临床可行性、技术特点及观察其近期临床效果。方法:自2003年1月至2005年6月,共对94例失牙患者215枚种植体进行植入后即刻修复,即在1周或更短时间内完成树脂冠或烤瓷冠修复。结果:追踪观察3～30个月,215枚即刻修复的种植体中5枚丢失,其余无松动,无感染,种植体周围未出现X线透射影,未见明显骨吸收。近期留存率97.67%,效果较满意。结论:在严格掌握适应症的前提下,种植后即刻修复,近期效果较好。

Clinical Application Research of Immediate Loading of Dental Implants

Objective:To investigate the clinical feasibility and technical characteristics of immediate loading and to assess the short-term clinical results of treatment.Methods:215 implants were placed in 94 partially edentulous patients form 2003,1to 2005,6.The implants were restored by provisional prosthesis or PFM restorations immediately.Results:After 3~30 months follow-up observation,5 implants were lost.And other implants didn't infection or exhibit peri-implant radiolucencies,have excellent osseointegration.A satisfied clinical results have been achieved with 97.67% of survival rate in short-term.Conclusion:Clinical study indicate that immediate loading have a satisfied clinical results in short-term.
