| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新生儿术中低体温的原因及护理措施,提高新生儿术中护理质量。方法选择全麻下新生儿腹部手术80例,随机分为两组,对照组40例,采用腹部手术常规护理;实验组40例,采用综合护理干预,测量并记录每例患儿进入手术室即刻、术中、术后的体温。结果对照组术中、术毕体温较术前比较显著下降（P〈0.05）,而实验组和术前比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。对照组和实验组术中和术后低体温发生率分别为42.5%和5.0%,两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论诸多因素可引起新生儿术中术后体温过低,采用综合护理干预是降低低体温发生率,保证新生儿手术顺利完成,减少手术并发症的有效方法
