杭州居民健康城市建设参与现状及对策研究

目的了解杭州居民对健康城市建设的认知、参与、需求、满意度的情况，分析杭州市健康城市建设中存在的问题及不足，并提出建议。方法采取分层抽样和偶遇抽样的方法抽取在杭居住满2年及以上的居民700名进行问卷调查。结果杭州居民对健康城市建设和“七个人人享有”目标的知晓率分别为62．2％、36．0％。居民对健康城市项目、控烟活动的参与率分别为46．5％、34．2％，对政府发放的健康“五件套”使用率为38．4％。59．6％的居民认为低碳生活会对生活有影响。结论杭州市居民对健康城市总体满意度较高，认为目前面临的最大挑战为食品安全卫生；居民对健康城市的知晓率和参与度不高，可针对居民提出的需求制定相应的措施，提高满意度。

Participating Situation of Hangzhou Residents for Healthy City Construction and Its Countermeasures

Objective To understand the cognition,participation,demands and satisfaction of Hangzhou residents on healthy city construction,find out the problems and deficiencies during the construction and put forward suggestions.
