| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检术对诊断前列腺癌的价值及并发症的防治。方法对临床428例疑诊前列腺癌的患者进行回顾性总结分析。结果病理发现前列腺癌144例（33.6%）,前列腺增生213例（49.8%）,前列腺炎53例（12.4%）,不典型性增生13例（3.0%）,前列腺肉瘤样癌3例（0.7%）,结核2例（0.5%）。穿刺后并发症：血尿82例（19.2%）,血便35例（8.2%）,发热18例（4.2%,1例高热发展为脓毒症）,急性尿潴留15例（3.5%）,2例严重大出血,行耻骨上前列腺摘除术后血止。结论经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检术方法快速准确,术后并发症少

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the role of transrectal ultrasound guided biopsy on the diagnosis of prostate cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in428 patients with suspected prostatic cancer.Results 144 cases(33.6%) were diagnosed with prostate cancer,213 cases(49.8%) were prostate hyperplasia,53 cases(12.4%) were prostatitis,13 cases(3.0%) were prostate atypical hyperplasia,3 cases prostate neoplasis,2 cases were prostate tuberculosis.Meanwhile several complications occurred after prostate biopsy:... |
