| 摘 要： | 目的探讨石斛对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的防治机制,为临床提供实验依据。方法用氨水、乙醇和去氧胆酸钠灌胃法,制成大鼠CAG模型。造模后治疗组以石斛煎剂治疗5周,观察CAG胃黏膜血流量和前列腺素E2(PGE2)的变化情况。并与模型组和对照组比较。结果治疗组和模型组建模后(治疗前)其胃黏膜血流量和PGE2含量均较对照组低(P均<0.01)。治疗组经石斛治疗5周后,其胃黏膜血流量较模型组高(P<0.01),与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗组PGE2含量较模型组高(P<0.01),与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论石斛可以改善实验大鼠CAG的胃黏膜血流量,提高其PGE2含量,提示其对CAG大鼠的胃黏膜有提高其屏障功能和御炎作用,对CAG有防治作用。
