妇科门诊111例解脲支原体药物敏感变化分析

目的了解泌尿生殖道解脲支原体(UU)感染对抗生素的敏感性,为临床合理用药提供实验依据。方法采用体外培养和药物敏感实验对妇科门诊111例女性生殖道感染者的宫颈分泌物标本进行支原体感染及药物敏感性检测。结果UU阳性患者主要分布于20~39岁年龄段,占92.79%。UU对交沙霉素最敏感(90.99%),其次为强力霉素(78.38%)和克拉霉素(67.57%),UU对12种抗生素均存在不同程度耐药。结论女性UU感染主要发生于性活跃期的育龄妇女;UU对常规抗生素已产生较高的耐药性率,交沙霉素是治疗UU的首选药。

Sensitivity of drug sensitivity to 111 patients ureaplasma urealyticum

Objective:To study the inflammation of ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) in the female genital duct and to analyze the drug sensitivities of UU in our hospital,so as to provide data for clinical reasonable use of medicine.Methods:Culture in vitro and drug sensitivity test were used in cerviced specimens from 111 female patients with genital inflammation.Results:Most of the patients infected by UU were 20～39 years old(92.79%).The result of sensitivity showed that UU was most sensitive to Josamycin(90.99%).And more sensitive to doxycycline(78.38%) and cloriphromycin(67.57%).UU was resistant to all the 12 antibiotics.Conclusion:The young women who have more sexual behaviors possesses the highest rate of UU infection.UU is resistant to many routine antibiotics.Josamycine was the most preferable for the treat ment of UU infection.
