牙周炎患者正畸治疗过程中龈沟液及血清中多项白介素、PGE2、sICAM-1及PAK5水平的变化研究

目的:探讨牙周炎患者正畸治疗过程中龈沟液及血清中多项白介素、PGE2、sICAM-1及PAK5水平的变化情况。方法:选取2009年1月～2011年10月于本院进行正畸治疗的37例牙周炎患者为观察组,同期进行正畸治疗的37例健康人为对照组,将其治疗前及治疗后3、7、14d的龈沟液及血清IL-1β、IL-5、IL-8、PGE2、sICAM-1及PAK5水平进行检测及比较。结果:两组患者上述指标均呈现先升后降,且观察组治疗前及治疗后3、7d均高于对照组,经比较,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论:牙周炎患者正畸治疗过程中龈沟液及血清中多项白介素、PGE2、sICAM-1及PAK5水平呈现先升后降的趋势,可以有效反应患者的应激变化情况。

Study on the Change of Gingival Crevicular Fluid and Serum Various Interleukin,PGE2,Sicam-1 and PAK5 of Patients with Periodontitis During Orthodontic Treatment

Objective: To study the change situation of gingival crevicular fluid and serum various interleukin,PGE2,sICAM-1 and PAK5 of patients with periodontitis during orthodontic treatment.Methods:37 patients with periodontitis during orthodontic treatment in our hospital from January 2009 to October 2011 were selected as observation group,and 37 healthy peoples treated with orthodontic treatment at the same time were selected as control group,then the gingival crevicular fluid and serum various interleukin,PGE2,sICAM-1 and PAK5 of two groups before and after the treatment at third,seventh and fourteenth day were detected and compared.Results:These items of two groups all increased first and decreased afterward,and the levels of observation group before and after the treatment at third and seventh day were all higher than those of control group,all P<0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion:The gingival crevicular fluid and serum various interleukin,PGE2,sICAM-1 and PAK5 of patients with periodontitis during orthodontic treatment all increase first and decrease afterward,and it can reflect the situation of stress change.
