健康体检中血清胆红素升高的原因分析

目的:探讨健康体检中血清胆红素升高的原因并提出建议。方法:选取在我院接受健康体检的人员100例,分为对照组和试验组两组,对照组80例,试验组20例。对照组患者体检过程中的血清胆红素值正常,体检结束后根据体检结果观察身体健康状况;试验组患者体检过程中的血清胆红素值较高,根据体检结果检查患者的血清胆红素值升高的原因。结果:血清胆红素值升高的原因与患者自身的年龄、体重、总胆固醇、甘油三酯等呈负相关关系,而与血尿素氮、肌酐等呈正相关关系,两组患者的统计结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在健康体检中健康体检者出现血清胆红素轻微升高有利于患者减少冠心病的可能,因此在临床中可以按照患者的不同年龄段调整患者体检中的血清胆红素值。

Cause Analysis of Elevated Serum Bilirubin in Healthy

Objective:To investigate the physical examination in the cause of elevated serum bilirubin,and make recommendations based on reason.Methods:In our hospital’s staff of 80 healthy volunteers were divided into two groups of control group and test group,40 patients in each group.The control group patients during physical examination normal serum bilirubin values,physical examination results after the close observation of physical health;experimental group patients during physical examination,serum bilirubin higher,according to the medical examination results of serum bilirubin cause of elevated values.Results:The cause of elevated serum bilirubin and the patient’s own age,weight,total cholesterol,triglyceride was negatively correlated with blood urea nitrogen,creatinine and other positive correlation between the two groups of patients with the statistical results statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In healthy people healthy in appear slightly elevated serum bilirubin in patients with reduced coronary heart disease help may be,so you can follow in clinical patients with different ages to adjust the physical examination in patients with serum bilirubin values.
