| 摘 要： | 目的:探索肝癌破裂出血的诊断和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析本院10年来收治的25例肝癌破裂出血患者的临床资料。结果:7例采用单纯保守治疗,14例采用肝动脉栓塞(TAE)治疗,手术治疗4例,1例患者死于失血性休克,1例患者因复发性出血死于肝功能衰竭,其余患者经治疗出血均得到控制。结论:肝癌破裂出血的诊断主要依据临床特点和辅助检查,而其治疗要根据个体差异而选择不同的治疗方法,才能达到最佳治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of rupture and bleeding of liver cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 25 cases of rupture and bleeding of liver cancer were analyzed retrospectively.Results:In these cases,7 cases were adopted conservative treatment,14 cases were adopted TAE and 4 cases were adopted surgical treatment,while 1 case died of Hemorrhagic Shock and 1 case died of liver failure,the others were cured.Conclusion:The diagnosis of rupture and bleeding of liver cancer based on the clinical features and accessory examinations,and the treatment was according to individual differences to choose the different treatment methods in order to achieve optimal therapeutic effect. |
