| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨输尿管镜下留置尿管对尿道损伤的治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析2008年12月～2011年12月间我科住院尿道损伤患者23例临床资料,总结诊治经验体会。结果:23例患者中,18例前尿道损伤,5例后尿道损伤,急诊行输尿管镜下留置尿管术,22例成功留置尿管,1例后尿道损伤改行开放手术,术后随访1个月～2年,效果满意。结论:输尿管镜下留置尿管治疗尿道损伤具有操作简单,创伤小,恢复快,术后并发症少等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To approach therapeutic efficacy of method in the treatment of urethral injury under ureteroscope Methods:23 cases of urethral injury patients in our hospital between 2008.12～2011.12 were analyzed retrospectively,summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment.Results:In 23 cases,18 cases of anterior urethral injury,5 cases of post urethral,were all indwelling urethral catheter by ureteroscope,22 cases were succeed,1 case converted to open operation.The patients followed up for 1 month to 2 years,the procedure was satisfactory in all patients.Conclusion:The treatment of putting urethral catheter with ureterscope is believed to be the ideal surgaical procedure for the treatment of urethral injury and provide good clinical outcomes with simple operation,less invasion,fast recovery and less postoperative complications. |
