宫腹腔镜联合诊治女性不孕症126例临床分析

目的:探讨女性不孕症采用宫腹腔镜联合诊治的临床疗效。方法:126例女性不孕症患者,采用腹腔镜联合宫腔镜检查,并对相应的症状进行治疗。结果:原发不孕的患者子宫内膜异位症的发生率为41.79%,高于继发不孕患者的24.73%,P<0.05;继发不孕的患者发生盆腔粘连和慢性输卵管炎分别占到32.20%和27.12%,高于原发不孕组的16.42%和11.94%,P<0.05。结论:宫腹腔镜联合治疗女性不孕症能够明确的了解其不孕的原因,能够有效地对其进行病因治疗。

Laparoscopy Combined with Hysteroscopy Diagnosis and Treatment of 126 Cases of Female Infertility of Clinical Analysis

Objective:Explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy diagnosis and treatment of female infertility.Methods:126 cases of female infertility patients,the use of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy and treatment of the corresponding symptoms.Results:Primary infertility patients with endometriosis,the incidence rate of 41.79%,higher than 24.73% of the patients with secondary infertility(P<0.05);Secondary infertility in patients with pelvic adhesions and chronic salpingitis were 32.20% and 27.12%,higher than 16.42% and 11.94% of the primary infertility group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy treatment of female infertility can be a clear understanding of the causes of infertility can be the cause of effective treatment.
