| 摘 要： | 为探讨突发性感音神经性聋发病与血清细胞因子的关系，采用夹心法ＥＬＩＳＡ检测了３２例突聋病人、１５例慢性进行性感音神经性聋病人和２０例健康对照者血清肿瘤坏死因子和白细胞介素水平。

| Abstract: | Serum level of tumor necrosis factor(TNF alpha) and interleukin 6(IL-6) were determined in 32 patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSHL), 15 patients with progressive sensorineural hearing loss(PSHL) and 20 normal controls by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The results showed that plasma TNF alpha and IL-6 levels in patients with SSHL were higher than those in PSHL group and in normal control group (P < 0.05). The study suggested that the TNF alpha and IL-6 played an important role in the pathogenesis of SSHL. |
