| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨支气管哮喘与内皮素 - 1 (ET - 1 )的关系 ;方法 :采用放射免疫法测定2 0例健康人和 36例支气管哮喘病人发作期与缓解期血浆ET - 1水平 ;结果 :轻度发作组发作期与缓解期相比无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;中度发作组与缓解期比明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;重度发作期与缓解期比亦显著升高 (P <0 0 1 ) ;结论 :支气管哮喘发作期血浆ET - 1明显升高 ,且与病情程度相一致

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between the bronchial asthma and ET-1.Methods:The plasma ET-1 of 20 healthy persons and 36 cases bronchial asthma patients were detected with radioimmune method at attack and remission stage separately.Results:There was no obviously difference on ET-1 level in slight attack stage compared with remission stage.There was obviously difference between moderate attack stage and remission stage (p<0.05) and significant difference between severe attack stage and remission stage (p<0 01).Conclusion:The plasma ET-1 levels was obviously high in attack stage and was coordinated with the degree of asthma. |
