| 摘 要： | 目的 :本文主要研究免疫遗传与动脉粥样硬化 (AS)的关系。方法 :应用微量淋巴细胞毒 (MLC)和DNA检测技术 ,探讨了我国健康汉族人群HLA - 1类基因和Ⅱ类的自身免疫性基因的遗传多态性。结果 :对 38例AS患者和 1 0 1例健康人的分析表明 :AS患者具有较高HLA -A30基因频率 (RR =8 1 90 ,P <0 0 1 ) ,该基因可能是汉族人群AS的易感基因 ;AS患者具有较高的HLA -DRBI 0 40 5基因频率 (RR =8 46 2 ,P <0 0 1 )。结论 :进一步证明AS是一种自身免疫性疾病 ,对于AS的诊断、治疗和预防具有重要意义

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relation between the immune genetics and atherosclerosis.Methods:The HLA-1 gene and Ⅱ autoimmune gene of healthy Hans were discussed with MIC and DNA detecting method.Results:38 cases of AS patients and 101 healthy persons were analyzed and showed the HLA-A30 HLA-DRBI gene frequency were higher in AS patients (RR=8.190,p<0 01;RR=8 462,p<0 01).The HLA-A30 gene might be the susceptible gene of AS patient in Hans.Conclusion:There could be important significance to further prove AS is an autoimmune disease that is benefit for diagnosis,treatment and prevention of AS. |
