| 摘 要： | 为了探讨高氟对成年男性生殖功能的影响，对地方性氟中毒重病区的31名成年男性（20～55岁）及26名对照人群的有关生殖内分泌指标进行了检测，结果显示：高氟区人群血清黄体生成素（LH）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）较对照组明显升高（P＜0．001）；血清睾酮（T）水平则显著降低（P＜0．01），表明高氟状态能够影响成年男性的生殖内分泌功能。

| Abstract: | In order to explore the effects of hyperfluoride on reproduction function of male adults, a research was conducted in 31 male adults in hyperfluoride area and 26 subjects in normal area as control in present study. The results showed that the levels of serum luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) were markedly increased (Pwt0. 001) for subjects in the hyperfluoride area; and that the serum level of testosterone(T) was significantly decreased (P<0. 01 ) by comparing with control group. This indicated that hyperfluoride condition may affect the function of reproduction-endocrine of male human body. |
