蒲黄、维生素E和C对大鼠动脉内皮细胞合成前列环素与产生脂质过氧化物的影响

摘    要:大鼠主动脉内皮细胞培养于含高脂兔血清的培养液中,分别加入含蒲黄的兔血清、维生素E和维生素C,孵育后,测定培养液中6-酮-PGF_(1α)(PGI_2代谢产物)及细胞中的丙二醛(脂质过氧化物的终产物)。结果,蒲黄兔血清能明显促进内皮细胞合成PGI_2,维生素E能明显降低内皮细胞产生脂质过氧化物,维生素C既能明显增高内皮细胞合成PGI_2,又能明显降低内皮细胞产生脂质过氧化物。故认为三种药物对防治动脉粥样硬化有理论与实践意义。

Abstract:Rat endothelial cells were cultured in hyperlipemic sera with Pollen Typhae components, Vit E and Vii C separetely. Pollen Typhae and vitamin C significantly stimulated the synthesis of prostacyclin (determined as 6-oxo-PGF_(1a) by radioimmunoassay) by the cultured cells, Vitamin E and vitamin C markedly decreased the amount of MDA (malondialdehyde, the end product of lipid peroxides, determined by TBA reaction) in these cells. These results indicated that Pollen Typhae, vitamin E and vitamin C may have some beneficial effects in the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.
