过碳酸钠杀灭微生物效果及腐蚀性的试验观察

摘    要:实验室试验,过碳酸钠含量为05%的溶液对大肠杆菌作用30min,其50%溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用45min,杀灭率均达100%。以其200%溶液作用4h,可将枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞杀灭9998%,但不能将HBsAg抗原性完全破坏。过碳酸钠固体避光于室温下保存1年,有效氧下降率为868%。其200%溶液对所试金属基本无腐蚀性。

Abstract:In laboratory experiment, the killing rates of Escherichia coli exposed to 05% solution of sodium percarbonate for 30 min and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to its 50% solution for 45 min were 100%. Its 200% solution with a 4 hr contact time could kill 9998% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger, but could not destroy completely the antigenicity of HBsAg. The available oxygen in solid sodium percarbonate decreased by 868% after storing at room temperature protected from light for 1 year. Its 200% solution was essentially not corrosive to the metals tested.
