| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨羟基磷灰石（HA）矫正眼球内陷及下陷的疗效。方法：在眼球内陷患者采取颞侧眶深部骨膜下HA颗粒填充术；眼球下陷者将HA板块材料植入眼球正下方眶骨膜下；眼球内陷保并下陷者将HA块植入颞下方眶骨下。随访10月－4年。结果：11例12处眼球下陷及内陷患者均获得不同程度外观的改善及复视的的好转或消失，未见植入物脱出、移位或外形的改变。结论：眶骨膜下植入HA确为一种安全易行且效果手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of HA in correcting enophthalmos and eyeball sink.Methods Patients with enophthalmos,HA was filled in deep temporalside subperiosteum.Patients with eyeball sink,HA was implanted under orbital periosteum just bellow the eyeball.Patients with both above,HA were implanted in inferior temporal subperiosteum.Results 12 eyes of 11 patients had obtained better appearance and reducing or disappearing of diploma.After following up postoperatively for 10 months to 4 years,no changing in appearance and emerging or moving of HA were found.Conclusion Implanting HA under orbital periosteum for correcting enophthalmos and eyeball sink is a safe,simple and effective method. |
